There’s a small little place in downtown Charleston where the wisteria blooms and it’s just beautiful. Yes, wisteria blooms several other places all over the Lowcountry, but there’s something about this particular fence it blooms over. It’s photographed often and to be honest– I saw picture of a girl in front of that particular fence last year and I knew I wanted a picture there. The tricky part about it is that the wisteria blooms and only lasts for about a week. The minute I got the text from Kim Graham that it had bloomed, I squealed like a little girl on Christmas morning (it’s the little things, yall) and started planning my outfit as fast as I could.
This J Crew Factory dress was perfect. The periwinkle eyelet is just so beautiful! It said spring without being a floral. It’s a great dress to have in your closet for date night or a wedding! You can even toss on a white blazer for work and pair with some tan heels and you are good to go.
