I have been so ready for the weather to finally warm up so I can stop wearing so many layers in all dark colors. Winter is okay during the holidays, but it sure puts me in a funk after a while. Even though there’s still a bit of chill in the air at times, I have transitioned my closet to Spring and there’s no going back!
I am a firm believer in having a crisp white top in your closet. This is one of my favorites. I love the tie front. It adds just a pinch of fun to what is a basic white button up. I may have a slight obsession with tie front tops. You’ll figure it out soon enough.
If you have a simple and basic staple, I suggest pairing it with a pop of color shoe or jewelry or an edgier bottom. I paired my tie front top with these distressed jeans and mules. The distressed isn’t over the top and if you notice, the mules have a touch of animal print. Of course, my Hart Studio tassel earrings, because why not? Just enough sass if you ask me!
